We design with people, not for them.
Through hands-on workshops, conversations and shared ideas, we work closely with communities to shape places that reflect local identity and feel genuinely owned by the people who use them.
In 2025, we delivered eight open space masterplans across Cornwall, alongside wider landscape and nature recovery work including the Polzeath Vision Plan, St Gothian Sands and the White River Vision. From play spaces to large-scale environmental projects, this work has helped communities unlock funding through programmes such as Making Space for Sand, the UK Government Levelling Up Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund.
At its heart, our approach is simple: listen carefully, collaborate openly, and create places people are proud of.
