Taking time out to connect as a team outdoors is important to us. In the office, that sense of togetherness shows up in simple, everyday ways, a shared bowl of fruit, biscuits on hand, and the occasional communal lunch or cream tea. It’s our version of gathering and sharing.
A couple of times a year, we step away from our screens and take the whole office out for a day of shared learning, fresh air, and fun.
One of our recent outings took us to Porthtowan Beach, where we swapped our desks for the Blue Bar’s ‘Boardroom’ to plan for a stronger, better business together. The day was rounded off with great food, a refreshing swim, and a lively game of beach cricket. With sandy hands and sea air all around, we reconnected as a team and enjoyed learning in a relaxed, inspiring coastal setting that we are so grateful to call home.
