Join Mei Loci’s dynamic team as an experienced Office and Accounts Administrator. This part-time role is based at our Studio in Truro.

Mei Loci is a leading landscape architecture firm known for its innovative designs. From stunning gardens to large-scale infrastructure projects, our work receives acclaim both nationally and internationally.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office and Accounts Administrator to be a key player in our operations. You’ll handle various administrative tasks such as calendar management, client relations, bookkeeping, and timekeeping software. You’ll also contribute to our communication and business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile invoices accurately
  • Monitor invoice due dates and manage overdue payments
  • Maintain the office revenue tracker and budgets
  • Handle HR duties like recording annual leave and sickness absences
  • Coordinate company events and training
  • Assist with business marketing
  • Prepare performance reports for the Directors
  • Maintain company systems, databases, and procedures
  • Manage supplier payments and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Keep memberships, policies, and professional information updated
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Perform other office administration duties enthusiastically

We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail, strong organisation and management skills, a sense of professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional work.  Experience in invoice processing and general office management is crucial, while a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 p/a (Pro Rata).
